"I told the waitress that the food was tasty and price was 1/2 the price at other hotel restaurants so that helped me get full and have a good nights sleep. I come here for the good food. I love that they have Bathtub because I soak in a hot bath before bed because it knocks me out after a long flight. I didn't see any bedbugs or bugs any where in the bedroom, but there was one fly in the dining room wall where I was eating. The room was too cold so I warmed up the room it worked fast which also made me sleepy so that's a good plus I didn't need any thing else. The manager even gave me a bottle of water to support my needs I think they should have at least one free bottle of water in the rooms.I am satisfied so I come back for the clean rooms and the food! it right at my price I can afford and not marking everything up. I am blessed to be able to tip the waitress and be blessed for the good food and I thank God for it. I would improve in one more area ant that is the shuttle service. I had to wait for the shuttle service for 40 min. when all the other shuttle services we're flying buy me three or for times before I could get a shuttle so I had to call the hotel for shuttle services from the LAX air port. But every thing else was good. We you are traveling for the cheapest hotel save your money and make a step up for the shuttles service And Never Stay at the Romotta Inn near the Airport. I was looking for cheep and that's just what I got. there were holes in the Matress"

"Customer service and overall amenities and rooms were excellent. Rooms were very nice. Shower was a little smaller than I would have preferred. But otherwise excellent facilities, excellent friendly, helpful staff"

"I absolutely loved my stay at the InterContinental. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and extremely clean, and the entire property has such a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and overall it was a wonderful experience. My only real complaint was the cleanliness of the windows. The views from the hotel are one of the best parts of staying here, but unfortunately, the windows were quite dirty and had noticeable marks and buildup on them. It made it difficult to fully enjoy what should have been an amazing view, especially at night. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful -- especially in making sure we got a package we were expecting and in going the extra mile when I left my tablet in the room. Being so close to the airport and having a shuttle every 15 minutes allowed me to run back, pick up the tablet, and get right back to the airport with no hassles. The room was lovely, clean and bright, and everyone we encountered on staff from reception to the bell desk to security to the shuttle driver were friendly, relaxed, and kind. The whole property speaks of excellent management and a close team. Will definitely stay again!"

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, especially being close to LAX Airport. There were plenty of places nearby to get food, and it was also easy to get to the beach. The hotel itself could do with some improvements, as a few areas looked a little tired and some things needed fixing. However, the cleanliness and convenient location made it a good option for our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and found it to be a convenient base for exploring the area. Parking charge was $35 for 1 night."
