「I had to change room twice with a hot water problem, then the order room had no water at all from the night when I get to the room until I left the next day at check out. The hotel was nasty and rusty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Unless you must sleep somewhere for the next day. Everything is old and disgusting. It’s not worth any money. 」

「Basic but comfortable accommodation, ideal for short stays. Amenities are simple, but not bad for the price. Good A/C and a comfortable bed. Helpful staff, especially the receptionist. Check-in across the street at Hotel Guarocuya. For this room, I suggest adding a lamp to make nighttime use easier, as one light switch controls both the room and bathroom lights. This was the only downside during my stay, and I shared this feedback with them.」

「Spacious room with a comfortable bed. TV, Wi-Fi, and hot and cold water all worked well. Amenities are basic, with one small roll of toilet paper, two soaps, and no shampoo. In this room, the shower head is coming apart and should be replaced, and the chair is stained and looks worn. Overall, it is okay for a short stay, affordable and in a good location, but it needs improvement.」

「I’m glad I found this hotel and I plan to stay there again in the near future. Both the room and the common areas are maintained clean and in top condition. The staff is very professional. And the location by the iconic Malecón and walking distance from Zona Colonial is a major plus for those of us who rather walk everywhere we go. 」

「The hotel was clean, great breakfast, didn't try the hot tub, in general was a good stay, but the night on april 11th, 2026 the young guy from the front desk was very rude, I didn't know he worked there and the moment he saw me coming out of my room started asking if we paid and to show him proof that we paid...I told him if you work here you can check that.. and he continued being rude saying "no you has to show that you paid' it was a very uncomfortable exchange. 」
