There are great swimming areas with direct access to the Adriatic Sea, which we really enjoyed. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we’re already planning to stay there again the next time we’re in Dubrovnik.」

「Great view, comfortable room and excellent breakfast 」

「Very patient service, pretty clean room, quiet sea view picture」

When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had...

「During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...
