「The guy at the front desk was perhaps the nicest person I've ever encountered. The hotel was very clean. The third floor (where my room was) hallway seemed a bit "rundown" -- not sure if they were in the middle of some sort of maintenance to it. The room was just fine, and everywhere else was really nice.」

「My toilet stopped up upon arrival. They came up quickly to look at it while I was at my meeting. When I returned the toilet had not been fully flushed. It did work properly when I flushed it and for my stay.
The elevator was making sounds and made me a bit nervous.
I am sure there are not a lot of gluten free guests, but some gluten free oatmeal or muffins would be a great addition to the breakfast selection.」
