「It was a wonderful stay in a French chateau in the countryside. We rented a car so there was no issue with transportation but I’m not sure how you would get around if you didn’t have one. Our room was on the top floor but they helped carry the suitcases up as there was no elevator. 「A lovely boutique style hotel within a short walk of all the sights Bayeux has to offer. Our room was clean and comfortable, with views of the cathedral. Aircon was excellent.
