Longport Beach Tours

Currently there is construction taking place directly in front of the hotel. We had a room on the 4th floor that had a window facing the front street where the construction was. The noise was awful throughout the night. There was also a window AC unit which caused the noise to be louder, since it was like having a window open without needing it open, but there was no way to seal the unit to limit the noise. It was not warm enough to run the unit as maybe other guests would have. When I asked the front staff about the noise, they acted as if I was making up the construction and that it was not possible for the noise to have been bad. I was really looking for an acknowledgement so other guests would not have the same issue and when the hotel is not sold out - which is was not when we were there - they could avoid putting guests in the rooms exposed to the construction noise. Disappointed.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Check in was very fast and check out was so simple. We were able to leave our bags with them while we finished exploring the city before we headed to our next destination. Would totally recommend this hotel to everyone. Oh and the grab and go breakfast was perfect.
