「Better communication and transparency could be improved, about the rules at the searching before reservation and after booking. I was looking for a pet friendly place to stay with my Service Dog, to feel safe and avoid issues (regardless is Service Dog). The place charged $45 fee per dog and apparently per night. 「The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. 」

「3 of us stayed here while on a biking trip through and around Blue Springs State Park. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, and each bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice space and spotless like the rest of the room. There were plenty of plugins for the three of us to use, along with a nice closet and small fridge for food and water bottles. 「1st room we were given had black mold in the bathroom and the front door had an open crack in it. The other room was ok. Needed detailed cleaning. Bathroom tiny, hair dryer didnt work, no tissues」

「This is an “old Florida” motel. The rooms were very clean and the people friendly. There is a food truck for lunch and music on the weekends. Beautiful property. Would definitely stay here again. 」
