「This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. It is a great value. Very quiet and the room was very spacious. And the service was fantastic.」

「The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. 」

「Excellent hotel, Very clean, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the bathrooms were a welcome treat, lotions, toothbrush, makeup towels. Shower was sparkling clean and warm. Really nice property. We will definitely staff again. Can’t recommend enough 💕」

「The room had a musty smell. The furniture had water damaged and the bed sheets had cigarette burns on them . Considering we booked a non smoking room. No fresh towels for the next day. You had to bring the old ones down to have them exchanged. This room was the worst ive had in my 60 years on this earth and the unwillingness of staff to change rooms or provide daily maid service made me feel like we where staying in a motel rented by the hour!. The pool was disgusting and full of green algae....

「Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.」

「Several large palmetto bugs in room, despite manager stating it was sprayed that day. No stoppers on any drains. She said "oh well that's FL " The shower was awful, water handle control spun around@ around and couldn't get hot water!! I would not recommend this place.」

「AC was swamppy and muggy with high humidity in the room, the batheroom had hair and debris from previous guets, I was afraid to walk around barefoot, room counters had crumbs from previous guests and sticky surfaces throughout the 2nd double bed pillows looked used with creases from previous guests only 1 bed in the room looked and felt like it had fresh sheets and covers, The free breakfast was only toast, apples do not recommend at all.」
