「The room was clean and comfortable, not at all noisy. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The team at the Four Horseshoes were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good too, large portions and a big pot of tea. We had a really relaxing break.」

「The property is very old (16th century)and full of character. Each and every member of staff that we met during our 2 day stay were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The food was great. 」

「A wonderfully quirky cottage, but with everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen; some of the comfiest beds I've slept in; big sofas for lounging on and a landlord who's quick to reply to questions. Ideal for a family - bedrooms are adjoining. Thoroughly recommended. 」
