"Everyone at the property was very friendly. They seemed to be in the middle of a refresh so things were a bit out of sorts. The hot tub wasn't working properly & there was signs of construction on most floors. Thankfully the property was quiet at night."

The breakfast spread was gone by 9 although they didn’t end breakfast until 10. The hotel was full of kids who didn’t get anything. I went to the front desk, she told me to find the breakfast person who was no where to be found. I had to go into a back room to find the staff member on her phone. I said the coffee and creamer was out as well as the food. She said that breakfast stuff takes to long to cook so there wouldn’t be any more food placed out there. I said you have a room full of teenagers waiting for breakfast, she shrugged her shoulders. I wasn’t even with the kids. Poor management. I wouldn’t go back when there are many other "

"The heat was off when entering the room making it very cold for the middle of February. There were stains on the couch and bed that made for an uneasy feeling. The parking was okay and the staff were kind, the property itself was just dirty. "

"Items in the room were damaged and very worn. we paid extra for a pool side room. I didn't know the pool was used for kids parties. The screaming didn't stop. The pool doesn't close until 10 pm. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming. The food at the restaurant was terrible, the service was great. The final straw was the adjoining room fight and someone threatening to stab another person. We left and went to another hotel. There were no other rooms to move to. The hotel did not refund and the additional insurance I paid for wouldn't refund due to my "high standards""
