"We had booked and paid in full 6 months in advance and were told a few days prior our booking that the amenities (pool, sauna, steam room and parts of the gym) were closed for refurbishment. Not only the hotel did not answer our messages regarding a potential compensation or partial refund, they could only gave us a room upgrade when checking- in a reception. Although we appreciated the gesture, it was a small compensation considering we specifically booked the hotel for the amenities and were only told about the closure 3 days prior.... That being said, they have, by far, the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen and the staff was very friendly."

"The hotel serves an excellent breakfast and is a short walk to public transport. The game in the lobby was a fun bonus. Quality Hotel 33 worked out well for us and we'd gladly stay there again."

"Over was a good location, we were housed across the street and there was very heavy rain. Flooding made it difficult to cross without getting wet and dirty. Maybe take a look into way to fix drainage and mud problems. "

"No cattle, no phone, no basket in the toilet. When I get out or in the room I have to lock it by card otherwise it’s fully open (so strange style). Additionally Air condition is not functioning well."

"This was an odd property, more like a hostile or a room rental in a person's home than a hotel, but it served my needs, it was clean, safe, and was conveniently located for being far from Oslo (only a 10 minute direct train to downtown). My only issue was that I didn't receive any the check-in instructions with the key box code prior to my arrival; the issue was addressed quickly, but I had to make an international call (since I live in the US) to resolve it. I would consider staying here again."
