Hyatt Grand Central New York

"My first time staying at the Grand Hyatt, and while the common areas are sparkling & fancy, our room sure wasn’t. Tv wasn’t user friendly or smart, end hallways show worn & dirty carpets. They hotel has great staff, a nice bar and the best location, but for $480/night maybe not the best choice."
