"The checked-in process was greeted with a smile and quick. Were stayed three nights and four days. The hotel was cleaned and quieted. The rooms were nice and cleaned. "We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time."
