「Their pool was getting cleaned so I couldn't swim. That's a huge deal for me. I travel all over the country for work and I see a bunch of crappy things so I insist on a pool at every hotel I go to. 「Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. 」

「For the price I figured it wouldn’t be worth staying at. But all I needed was a place to sleep for work. It looked like all of the tenants were there for work. Large parking spaces, everything worked in the motel room, updated recently, and very nice people. Couldn’t beat the price and location was perfect.」
