Property needs some serious cleaning and a professional exterminator. They did fimd us a better room than the original but it was still quite dirty and still had critters.

Staff was rude, property is run down and disgusting, walls paper thin so you hear everyone in the rooms around you and walking past your room. Rooms next to mine they had broken beer bottles in the walkway and everything was just gross. Our first set of towels were dirty and stains on the floor. The photos of the property lie about how it looks completely.

The property was being remodeled and looked like it had been for a long time. The pool had no water in it, dirty, the road leading up to property had no lights on, was dark, tv remote in room did not work, had new remote brought to room then wouldn’t turn tv off, only one trash can, building materials and buckets everywhere!! Very disappointed as the property did not match the pictures Expedia had!!! Please update this property so no one else will make this mistake and go to this run down property, thank you

The shower stall was cracked, the carpet was nasty, the sink was cracked, the place felt pretty sketch. The bed was not good, very firm cheap mattress. I wouldn't stay there again. First time I ever worried about bed bugs. If you can, pass on Mt. not-so-Pleasant, TX.
