The pool was the best part. Customer service was good. The restaurant was great. You can tell the place is old, however updates have been made. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

A lot of hotels give their visitors something like free coffee in the reception area not here or free breakfasts included in your stay this one didn’t so if you are looking for something like this you don’t get it here. The only day I used the pool it was really cold heard the heater went on it ! ...

Comfort Inn London - Wellington Road
The bed is sagging in the middle, which isn’t ideal for two people. Only one bath towel was provided. The heater makes a loud shutting sound when it turns on and off, which could disturb light sleepers. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
