Everything in the room is very old, and there was no notice that the waterslide was closed until we saw a sign at the check-in counter. This is my birthday trip, so I’m very disappointed. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario
Everything was great except that the hot tub was not functioning. We only got to use it for a short time and that was one of the main reasons we booked.

Four Points by Sheraton London
Amazing staff. So friendly and made for a great stay. Food so-so in the restaurant. Lack of hot water in the morning. Room was very clean and the building is well maintained. Would absolutely stay again!

Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites
Not our first stay and not going to be the last. Convenient location to airport, restaurant etc. hotel is clean and staff always helpful! Breakfast is better than average for an included breakfast!
