Very warm welcome especially for the children. Room well appointed, very comfortable beds and sleek decor. It was clean, and calm. The breakfast had something for everyone- the dining hall was rather noisy but well-kept by multiple staff member, who interacted nicely with my kids too. We would definitely return.

The room was clean and comfortable and a nice modern bathroom with a nice big shower but the hotel was very busy and the room is not soundproof so the noises from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor kept us awake quite a bit. The staff were very helpful and polite. Ok for overnight or two but would not recommend for longer stays.

Hotel is very convenient for Tube, near to Euston and central London, bedrooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Only downside was Check-in, not enough staff and long queues, took us about an hour standing in a queue that moved very slowly.
