We had a very disappointing stay, and the biggest issue was not simply the problems with the apartment, but the host’s repeated assurances that things would be addressed when they were not. When we arrived, the floors did not appear to have been properly mopped and there were visible stains. We were travelling with three children, including a toddler, so cleanliness was especially important. We reported this right away and were told someone would come back to address it. Nobody came. We were also missing basic supplies, including hand soap in one bathroom, paper towels, surface cleaner, additional dishwasher pods, salt and pepper, and other basic cleaning items. We were repeatedly told that supplies would be provided. Nothing was delivered. The internet was another major issue. We measured approximately 8.7 Mbps download speed. Both my wife and I are working professionals and needed reliable internet for work and video calls. We reported the problem and were told someone would come to look into it. Nobody came and the internet was never fixed. What was most concerning happened at checkout. The cleaning person arrived at exactly 11:00 am and began knocking on the door. I explained that we were unhappy because we had been told several times during our stay that someone would return to clean the apartment and address the issues. He told me directly that nobody had ever asked him to return to Apartment 8 to clean anything. That was extremely revealing. Throughout the stay,

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war sehr neu, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, sauber und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Alles war gut erreichbar und die Anbindung war sehr praktisch. Insgesamt haben wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder

It's is a nicely located apartment in a residential neighbourhood. Location is amazing. 10 mins walk to the Central Line tube, which takes you to all London destinations. Reminder for the US folks, no A/C for hot summers but they put vents in the rooms. There is a TV, full kitchen, ironing board, etc.

The apartment was clean and the location in this quiet area is very convenient as it is only 8 mns to the station. I would definitely advised this apartment as there are plenty of shops nearby.

This is a great new rental. New appliances, new everything. The beds were super comfortable including the pull out couch which is smart and uses the part of the bed. The only issue we had, and it was a big one, was that it was so incredibly hot in the room. The room temp was around 32 degrees celsius / 92 degrees F while the outside was around 10 degrees cooler at night so I couldn't sleep and my young sons either. I probably got about 4 hours of sleep. I didn't want to open the windows at night since we traveled with kids and any team of burglars with a small ladder could come into the room and be in and out in 10 minutes. (Sorry I work in law enforcement). I wish they get bars on it like they do for the basement apartment. Overall everything was great besides that. And the host were super responsive. Check in was organized and simple and we were able to drop off our bags at 1400 even though check in is 1500. And it was very clean as well! The lack of sleep was okay in the end since I got coffee.

Great apartment. It was recently refurbished so everything was brand new. Staff were super helpful and replied within a few minutes. Great location about a 10 minute walk to Westfield shopping center and Shepherd’s Bush underground station. Highly recommend staying here.
