Staff were excellent and friendly at check in and check out , Room was clean and adequate, bathroom could do with a spruce up but again adequate. Hotel was very quiet , easy to find and in a very accessible location

Fine, albeit a tiny room with a tiny bathroom- it suited me for one night. Good location very close to Westfield and Shepherd’s Bush station.

Staff were very helpful and polite, rooms were clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable and sheets crisp and white. Downside there was no parking around the property and being disabled, that posed a problem for me and ended up with a parking ticket. And room was up 4 flights of stairs. All in all a pleasant stay and I would happily return
