Though few mins walk to underground, overall is quiet, safe and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Just 5-7 minute walk from tube station. The receptionist is very nice and helpful, who introduces the hotel to us very well with smiley face. The room is quite large and comfortable. But when you gets back to the hotel at night time, it’s rarely people and quite dark on the street.

Good Choice to stay nearby Regent Park
It's a pretty pleasure experenece living in Marriott Regent Park. Our kids joined a ZSL event and it's a breeze to walk through Primerose Hill from the hotel to the zoo. The room is big enough and the facilities are good execpt the shower room design (The floor is always wet after shower). Besides, the breakfast is a convenient choice but not a delicious one. Thw staffs are all warm and helping.

A happening, busy hotel lobby, but rooms were quiet. Close to the tube, but in a nice, relatively quiet neighborhood. Restaurant was ok. Convenient. Food a bit salty. Not the best location for a first visit to London since it’s far from many tourist spots. Still, a nice hotel.

We didn’t expect the Savoy Hotel but we did expect cleanliness. In the ice bucket was a long black hair and dust stuck to your fingers when touching it. Under the bed was food wrappers and crumbs. Breakfast was good although pancakes were not fresh. Good supply of towels in the room.

Room size is good but very dated, noisy air condition, missing bathroom accessories. Great location - Short walking distance from swiss cottage station. Nice pool. Good for families.

Pros - staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and classy on the inside. Area was quiet and tube was an easy walk to get to. Cons - Food was meh at best, especially for the price. Parking area had police posters saying all vehicles were at risk of theft, yet still ran £40 a day.

Well-appointed, modern, bustling lobby and common areas. A rank of London cabs at the ready out-front. Walking distance to Regents Park, the Swiss Cottage Tube stop. A well-equipped spa, indoor pool, and gym . Northwest London, relatively convenient side of London to get to and from Heathrow, not so convenient to Gatwick

Fantastisk nabolagshotell som har alle fasiliteter man setter pris på med familien:) God frokost, hyggelig betjening, svømmebasseng, gangavstand til hyggelige cafeer og restauranter samt til Camden marked:) Gangavstand til Regents Park og Primrose hill. Litt harde senger/tynn overmadrass var det eneste negativet:) Kort vei til transport. Taxier venter og alltid ved hotellet.

Everything about this place was amazing apart from the chicken burger we were served was cold and pink! We complained straight away and were given another and a complimentary desert. Lovely staff, very helpful! However the price of parking here is ridiculous so if you can don’t drive/ park here!!

The airco was very noisy, when setting it to manual, it automatically switched to auto again. After checkout we asked to leave our luggage for a few hours at the hotel. They tried charging us 25 pounds, when I said I was not pleased with that, they agreed to not charge anything. Why try then??

The hotel is in a great location near the tube. Shops nearby. Buffet breakfast very good. We booked a delux double room for two adults and two kids and it is not a family room it’s a double room so next time would choose a different room. Housekeeping only came at 5pm which was inconvenient although they a came earlier the day before. Would stay here again.

TVs need updating to smart TVs, The lift doors could do with some WD40 they were very slow and stiff. Othwr then that the stay was perfect and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the restaurant served a decent steak
