Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but some are a bit cool to Asians. Th location is a bit far away from downtown, but very accessible to the light railway station.

A very nice hotel. By London standard, the room is spacious. Hotel staff particularly the reception people are very friendly and helpful. Convenient location and quite close to the underground train station.

Room key didn’t work 4 times to get into our room and we had to return to Reception each time! In the end someone had to come and reset it!

I wouldn't rate this as 5 star, the rooms were tired, and grubby, reception staff weren't great, 4 of us stayed and onlY 2 towels in the room!

Lovely property but needed a little bit more care. Room very good but not a very nice stain on the couch . Carpet also had a stain beside bed side cabinet. Breakfast very good.

I stayed here with my 2 kids and the hotel was great. My only issue was how staff manage the check out process. There is no review of charges before you leave. After check out, i received my receipt which incorrectly charged me for another guest's bar tab. After exchanging over 8 emails with the hotel over several hours, i was told they had found the error and would refund the charge within 10 working days. Whilst they were apologetic, i do think it is cheeky to unilaterally charge guest's credit cards which are left with them on trust without checking with the guest first.

I had a lovely stay at Marriott, the staff were very helpful & very pleasant too. However, I requested for help with my suitcases and a large weightless bag while checking out. During this process, the weightless bag that was totally intact all the way from Chicago to London got badly damaged, and the handle was ripped off. This experience ruined what could have otherwise been a 5 star experience for me.

Fantastic stay.
On arrival the room we had booked was not available, but without even asking they upgraded us to another room and gave us free access to the executive lounge… For New Years Eve I think this was fantastic service especially as the hotel was full.

Staff are amazing!
Lovely hotel in a great location. Bed was really comfortable and room was spacious. The staff are all amazing and really made our stay. Only couple of issues was the queue for breakfast and the wait for lifts but these were minor problems and didn't spoil our stay.
