Convenient, bright and functional room, but tight

Cozy apartment, conveniently located in Earl’s Court, short walking distance to the tube. The place is small but has most of what you need. Appreciate the small cooktop and microwave so we can prepare simple meals and breakfast. Despite the double glazing windows, road noises can still be heard. It was fine for me, but for others this maybe an issue. The blinds are not full shades, so it gets bright when sun is out. The elevator was out of service for the entire time of our 7 days stay (does not seem will be fixed anytime soon), so do be prepared to walk up stairs. The manager was very responsive and helpful. Very nice guy and he even helped us carry our luggage down the stairs at check out (since the elevator was still out). I do appreciate that very much. All in all, it’s a fine place to stay on budget. It’s no frills and expect to be in tight quarters. If noise and walking stairs are not an issue, then it’s a good deal. But may not work for everyone.

Fantastic price on Expedia. Great concept, lovely studio, air con a huge bonus as it was very humid outside. Very close to Earls Court station with some convenience stores close by. Would book again.

I stayed a week in a double room. I had a great stay here, my room was very quiet (room 15) as it was at the back of the property. Having cooking facilities was a bonus. The room was clean and well maintained. It was small but eas cleverly designed with lots of storage space and the shower was a good size unlike lots of small rooms in London I have stayed in before. The only things that I think could be improved would be a mattress topper for the bed as it was very hard uncomfortable and I could feel the springs, not good for my back. Also the blinds are not block out but I had already read about this and had my eye mask so this wasn't an issue for me. A tea towel would also be handy but again I had read about the lack of a tea towel and bought my own. Fairly easy things to fix to make this hotel a really comfortable stay. There was also a lift, which is now working and access to a laundry room another bonus. Very convenient to supermarkerts and across the road from Earls Court Station which is a direct line to and from Heathrow airport. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect for a couple of nights as quiet and fridge makes it easy to self cater. Website and owners need to update/ clearly mark address and provide directions from tube. We had 28-30 as door number but actual number was 1, so we walked right past as lots of people where in the way hiding tiny sign with building name. Also make it clear to use tube exit for Warwick Road/olympia buses NOT main exit. Room was great, plenty of space and water pressure in bathroom excellent. Appreciated UHT milk, tea and bottled water.

I am definitely going to book this place again. We went to a concert in Hyde Park and this was perfect for a one night stay. Great location, great value. Right opposite the tube station and within reach of poplar takeaways. Clean, tidy and safe. Bit noisy at night with ambulances passing but the air-con was top draw! 😊

Close to the train and bus stations and shops. However, the facilities are quite poor - the fridge door didn't close due to the freezer section full of ice. When contacting staff, he didn't care. Also the bedroom lamp was broken, the TV antenna cable was broken, and the sink moved out of its bench cutout. Wouldn't recommend this property.
Kitchen sink moved within the bench top cut-out, and was quite dirty around it.

Great and easy check in. Very friendly staff. Cute comfortable and convenient room. The only thing would be the road is a bit noisy and the blinds aren’t super dark. But would come back any time!

The cost of staying at Kensington Stay was good for London. It was unusual not to have staff around to hand you your room key but the way system is…it works. Def consider staying again if I need to have a bed for the night.

It felt like we were in a premier boat cabin or space ship. Everything was organized and the sensor lights were convenient. A pity that the elevator was broken and the freezer over frosted but besides that, very convenient, clean, and affordable.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man während einer Städtreise benötigt. Es gab eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, der U-Bahnhof Earl’s Court ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der aber während unseres Aufenthalts leider defekt war. Die Unterkunft hat keine Verdunkelungsrollos. Es gibt nur ein hellblaues Rollo. Gerade in den Sommermonaten, wenn es bereits um 4.30 Uhr hell wird, ist dies eventuell ein Problem. Außerdem befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus eine 3-spurige Einbahnstraße mit sehr viel Verkehr. Die Fenster verfügen nicht über einen Schallschutz. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte besser andere Unterkunft wählen.

Good room, ample size. Quite noisy though as hotel is positioned on a main road and the blinds are not black out blinds so woke very early. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom completely new. Would stay again.
