London City stay
It's good that they made a free upgrade to a bigger room with double twin beds for us during our low season travel. A bit noisy as the hotel is just next to the main road side. Location is good, very close to Metro.

如果能夠在衛生方面做多啲功夫，其實都係一間唔錯的酒店。
其實酒店各樣都唔錯，但在第三晚後發覺睡床有不明昆蟲叮咬，程度頗為嚴重，經投訴後酒店方面亦肯換房，但酒店管理人員指我哋開窗引致，我覺得他不肯承擔責任，態度不能接受，希望酒店多多改善。

Nice stay and good friends at reception
Friendly reception and delicious breakfast, we like it, but room service forgot to clean our room until 4pm, we called reception, however we like everyone there. We will come to stay again

pros: Good location, easy to access to District line, Circle line and Piccadilly line as well. Clean room. cons: Front counter staff not experienced and very unfriendly. Even offering me the wrong room type, and waking me up in the morning to confirm my check out date.

The staffs are very professional and they keep the room very clean. The breakfast was very good too. Location is okay - about 10 minutes walk to the subway train station.

Room size ok for cost of the room. Bathroom good size. Cleaning could have been a lot better - room looked superficially clean but limescale and dirt in shower, lots of dust and stains on headboard. Good location and access to the tube.

Buon soggiorno, camera spaziosa e pulita, ubicazione comoda a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana e dal museo. Personale cordiale. Unica pecca la colazione a buffet sinceramente con poca scelta e direi una colazione che non soddisfa i palati di chiunque, anche teneuto conto del prezzo pagato per il soggiorno mi aspettavo molto di più. Per il resto nulla da segnalare.

Close to metro, close to parks and royal albert hall. Small but very comfortable rooms. A big larger beds (140cm currently) would be an upgrade of the facility.

We stayed over night with 3 rooms - all were clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful with dietary requirements over breakfast. Good location.

Besøgt hotellet med 6 måneder baby
Jeg besøgte London med min datter på 6 måneder, hvoraf vi overnattede her i 3 nætter. Super lokation. Området er skønt med lækre caféer og søde mennesker. Personalet på hotellet er også rigtig venlige. Vi havde først fået et værelse med trappe nedgang, men fik mulighed for at bytte værelse så jeg ikke behøvede at få hjælp med barnevognen. Der er dog trappe når du skal ud af hotellet, men personalet var gode til at hjælpe ned med barnevognen.

The K hotel is amazing, located in a really nice area. The gloucester road metro station is really close by. The staff was amazing, the girls were great. There was a guy that was cold but everything else was great

No vuelvo JAMÁS a este hotel.
Llegamos tarde por la noche, la habitación era el mismo averno: más de 35 grados. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta (0 grados fuera) para equilibrar. Apenas cabíamos los 4 y las maletas (la reserva era para habitación cuádruple), el baño tan pequeño que no había sitio ni para apoyar un neceser. El baño de un camarote de barco le doblaba el tamaño. Por el dinero pagado, fue una gran estafa este hotel. Pinta bien pero la realidad es otra.

Enjoyable stay, room small but ok for the price and great location - only very slight downside was hot breakfast items were not very hot, otherwise good selection - would recommend!

Good stay
Lovely hotel. Staff were helpful and let us drop our bags early. Only thing we found disappointing was how thin the walls were and we were right by the access door so there was noise during the night and early morning. Great location to jump on the tube and explore London.

The hotel is at a very good location. There is a metro station just a few walking minutes wich brings you directly to the airport or into centre. The check in and check out was uncomplicated and fast. The staff is very friendly and you can store your luggage. Although the hotel was ok overall, the noise in the room right on the side of the 4-lane road really bothered me. It feels like there were no windows at all and you are sleeping right next to the road. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could be better. All in all, I can recommend the hotel for a short stay. If you having problems with sleeping try to get a room on the other side of the road.
