A bit disappointed
The rooms were a bit small. The cleaning service was just okay. The location was very good however, only several minutes walk away from russell square and 10-20min walk away from the British Museum and China Town/Soho region. Nevertheless, the concierge service was VERY poor. My family booked a premium room and would like to keep two suitcases in the luggage storage room for just a few weekdays while we went to Cornwall for a short holiday. However, we were deeply disappointed about being rejected, considering we have paid so much to book two rooms for the weekend. We were considerin to book the rooms in the same hotel following our trip to Cornwall, but we decided not to afterwards simply because of the unprofessional service we have experienced. In conclusion, we thought Hilton service is one of the best in the world. Yet, perhaps it does not apply in this branch.

今次是第一次住宿這酒店,入住登記時,可能見是亞洲人 對我們的態度十分差,面無笑容,口黑面黑. 我訂的是雙人房2間,他們給我的是單人房,房間太細小,猶幸房間整潔,.勉強接受. 一張4x6的單人床,試問如何有舒服可言.

Good location, comfort room
Hotel is under renovation during my stay. Guestroom, especially bathroom is classic and nice but sound proof is not very well. Location is good. It is near Tube, National and International Rail station. Staff in restaurant are nice and helpful. Others are ok.

Nice and convenient hotel
Good location. Tasty breakfast. Very helpful staff, arranged my check in as early as 10 o'clock in the morning. Quick check in and out procedure took only about 5 min. The room is clean and well equiped although a little bit small.

廁所細，設計差，沖涼會沖到成地水， 水壓不足。前台服務員態度散漫,訂了三晚，到第三天早上，用剛睡醒的聲音語調打到房間問我們為什麼還不退房。電梯到樓層還要再把行李搬上幾級樓梯才到房間

Good location
Good location, close to the underground, walking around 10 minutes to EuroStar and Kings Cross; 15 minutes to British Museum. However, the rooms are quite old and deteriorated; and the air conditioning is poor.

The deep tubs to take a shower in are very unsafe. I'm shorter but even my 6'3" husband complained about having to step out. Also the shower head moved around and got water all over the floor

Was super disappointed that this room cost £200 pound for a night, and we has a boiling hot room air con was not working. I only found out it wasnt working when I rang and asked. I asked for a fan but the room temp was rising! Also locates right outside ice machine not a great location when the bar tender is filling up a bucket of ice! Ask to speak to manager about the room temp noone contacted me. Only blessing was early check in and late check out room was decent but not what I would expect for hilton.

Not bad. Staff are ok not super happy about anything but perfectly cordial. Gym is decent enough for a workout. But way too hot 24c is ridiculous Breakfast is solid plenty of options and alternative options Room feels dated by the carpet, bed was clean and comfortable, pillows were soft. Walls or the door are a little thin Bathroom like many in the U.K. was small and had a terrible layout. Toilet is too high and uncomfortable even for me a 6ft guy I felt like I was on tiptoes while sitting. Sink area is small with no counter space for your toiletries. The shower door was crammed in behind the sink with very little room to get to it. a sliding door would be better. The safe broke while I had items inside and the staff spent almost 2 hours drilling out the lock. So not ideal but they handled it. Overall worked fine as a clean comfortable place to sleep and fuel up for the day.

Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell. Det var dyrt, cirka 3 500 SEK per natt, men standarden motsvarar ett tvåstjärnigt svenskt hotell. Det var också väldigt ljustört från gatan. När vi gjorde misstaget att äta i restaurangen var det både dyrt och en stor extra avgift för "dricks". Man bör också veta att det är svårt hitta någon hygglig restaurang nära hotellet.

Mykje rett i nærheten.
Hadde eit fint opphold, romslig og lyst rom. Vennlige og serviceinnstilt personale. Kort tur til «tuben» som da ok ein der ein ville, berre minutter til Victoria st og derfra til og fra flyplassen. Berre få minutter fra hotellet stoppa dei fleste hop on-hop off turbussane. Fant fleire resturanter i nærheten òg. Mykje godt samla på ein plass.
