I spent 4 nights in a capsule while exploring London by myself. I was surprised of how well everything worked with codes sent to me, and how well equipped the capsule itself was. Location was nice and walkable too. I'm pretty sure this is the best value you can get in London!

The idea is very good, but it needs some serious improvements. The check-in process is not clear. The emails I received only said that it was 24/7, but they didn’t provide a contact number or explain how to get the check-in information. On the door there’s just a sticker saying to knock. I stood there knocking and double- and triple-checking the instructions in the cold wind and light rain until another guest arrived, let me in, and gave me the WhatsApp number to get the access details. The whole place is basically one room. The co-working space is just two tables, as shown in the pictures. You can’t really make any noise because the pods are right there, and you can hear everything. I had a terrible sleep. The pod gets very warm and there’s almost no airflow. There are fans, but they just blow the same hot air around. My nose was bleeding the next day. There’s no soundproofing at all. You can hear everyone. I guess that’s the price you pay for the price you pay.

Having a hard time looking for the exact place

If it's your first time, the place is hard to find even with Google maps cause the name is close to being transparent. The complementary slippers, earplugs, earphones and the tea/coffee wins.
