Empty can under bed which showed room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Faulty plug in sink. Tiny little shower head in the shower which you’d normally see as an attachment to a larger shower. Confusing hotel layout. Sullen staff. Fine if you need somewhere to rest your head for a night but wouldn’t recommend it for anything more than that.

Check in is always terrible, takes a long time with a big que. Reception areas are very worn but price is good with good size rooms. Make sure to get a room with a window!

We upgraded for a suite and I was so happy. The room was clean and usable. Loved the spiral staircase.

The room and the furniture's are looks lmore than 100 yeras old. No any updation on room. No Air condition working. Can't sleep because of the fan is too noisy. Feel like stayed in an old Care room. Vacated the room at 2 AM. Ask to change the room in the reception and the staff ask for extra money.

The only food thing about this hotel is location. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. You need to pay for things that everywhere else are free i.e. wifi. And don’t expect just pay £7 for it and use freely, you pay £7 for each gadget. Overall, the hotel is dodgy and looks more like the hotel for one night hookers

We stayed with 4 persons in 4 rooms for 3 nights in this hotel. The place is totally rundown and the rooms, which were recently redone were awfull. Not once did they clean any of our rooms. No toiletpaper, lamps broken, dirty. And in the evening we actually spotted a mouse in the hallways. I hardly do reviews, but in this case i will gladly make an exception. Not worth the money

Booked this hotel for visit to O2. It was ideal (when we worked out how to find it with help.) The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, allowing us to book in early as our room was ready. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The bar is comfortable. Have not been for breakfast yet.....

Considering the price, this property is great. Friendly staff, great location, clean and a good price. Guests in the rooms have to pay for WiFi per device so one thing for tourists to be aware of. Strangely, no electric socket next to the head end of the bed so not great for charging your phone. Yes, it’s dated but still good value for money. Would stay here again.

Disappointing
Had to change rooms twice due to broken doors bathroom ext. Third room had a balcony which didn’t properly close and the heaters bearly worked room was freezing. Didn’t have the strength to change room again, spent the night freezing to death! Pre paid for breakfast but was told I hadn’t upon arrival which took half hour plus to sort out made to feel like beggars. Not a good experience sadly, spoiled a very much looked forward to weekend.

Old property, staff was not really helpful, and would make you wait (for instance at the conciergerie). There is no cleaning in the room but at the check out time.
