"Front desk staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful . They had a surprise for my mom's birthday in the room when we arrived which I appreciated. We stayed in the Wine Loft room was clean and spacious. Only problem was there was no really place to seat other then 2 desk chairs the microwave didn't really work , the fridge was dirty, old towels in the room, shower tub needs an upgrade. And no closet. Overall. I like the room."

"Clean room and very helpful staff. I believe his name was Michael, he was very helpful with me in accommodating my late check in. Very much appreciated!!! A+ customer service!!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

"The single room I was in had a large L shaped desk to work on. The toilet are larger which can be appreciated. The full length tub was coated with a non slip treatment. The sink was a large basin making grooming easy clean up."
