「A mixed bag, this property needs deep cleaning - room was fine, but if you look closer a lot to be desired, examples - windows so dirty stopping sunlight, some mould in the bathroom or broken jacuzzi in the pool area, changing rooms falling apart, lockers don't close. When we entered Hotel you could smell damp in the corridors. Refurbishment and better maintenance should be a focus. Facilities are okay but is visible they're not maintained as they should be. Finally breakfast is unacceptable for...

「Really friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Large old building, our room was recently updated and was modernised nicely and spotlessly clean. It was very big but still warm with very large comfy bed and powerful shower. TV & Kettle in the room with normal sachets of tea/coffee etc Good breakfast offering kept warm and you could ask for GF bread, cereal and freshly made scrambled eggs. Nice coffee too. I liked the fact there seemed to be little waste as the offering wasn’t too...

「I did try to text directly, but received no acknowledgement, so posting this here. This is an Inn ( rooms above the pub). I did not receive any communication regarding the check in , until i got there and couldn't get in. The bar lady had to ring them to send it to me- so really bad communication. There was several issues with the room. The major one is that the shower drain was completely blocked. I would allow for around 1 min.shower before flooding the floor. Black mould has been there for a...

「Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...
