"The nighttime desk worker was very friendly and efficient; he also checked us out very early Sunday morning and was equally friendly and efficient! We left much too early for breakfast so can't comment. Room was clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time."
