「At the beginning, we booked 1 night at the hotel. The moment we entered into the house, we were all amazed, and later on joyful. It is a very relaxing and well decorated house with a swimming pool and courtyard. Just like home. So we immediately made a decision that when we came back to La Paz after our diving trip, we stayed here again. The owner is a couple, very nice and kind. 「Great place to stay in La Paz. Easy to walk to the malecon and staff is helpful in setting up excursions if desired. There is a 3rd floor seating area with hammocks and high tables, perfect to watch the sunset or relax in the shade overlooking the pool. 「Es dificil escoger un Hotel en la paz. Tines distintas opciones según la ubicación que prefieras. Creo que esta fue una opcion perfecta si quieres desconectar y huir de la vida nocturna que hay ahora en el Malecon. Estuvimos ahi la Primera noche y se oia fiesta y gente todo el Tpo. Aca estas mas lejos pero en Paz. Tienes vista y acceso directo al mar. Una linda alberca y distintas areas para descanzar y comer. Las camas son excelentes. La TV incluye Netflix y la comida es muy rica. Es limpio...

「We loved staying at Casa al Mar! We were in an ocean-view suite. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the Malecon. Not the quietest room as it's right above the hustle and bustle of La Paz's main drag, but super-fun in a perfect location to take in all that La Paz has to offer. The lobby and courtyard are so warm, relaxing, and welcoming, and the staff is great. Highly recommend! 」

「We chose Hotel Alcatraz because of the comments on Hotels.com, and we were not disappointed. Our room was large, thoughtfully appointed, and very comfortable. They allowed us to leave our dogs in the room while we went to dinnerm, and they offered a great breakfast (at a cost) the next morning. I watched Maria squeeze my orange juice, and we both loved the fresh fruit and omelettes we had. Maria was attentive and willing to chat and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely return.」
