"Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...

"I love this hotel and I usually stay here because it’s close to my family when I come into town unfortunately when we checked in the pool was open, which is one of the main reasons why I stay there and the day that I went to take my grandkids swimming, the pool was closed when I talked to the staff they just said yeah it’s closed no explanation no nothing"
