"Bathroom shower was dated but clean"

"We arrived 6:30pm and check-in time was 3pm. We were there for a funeral and physically and mentally exhausted. Upon arriving we noted how incredibly dirty the lobby and pool were but as I was close to a melt down - I asked to see the room. Manager said it was not ready (mind you it was supposed to be done by 3pm). When I questioned the time difference she said that the cleaning crew just started and she had no idea how long it would be. I questioned why the pictures on Expedia were different then what I was looking at and she responded "oh yea, we know". At this point I am just standing there in shock. They had a $1500 hold on my credit card and I had no place to sleep. I had my two kids with me and my grandbaby. I am in tears. The horror of this motel, I cannot begin to describe. Thank goodness I found a lovely motel in Parsons that helped me out. I wish I could do zero stars - I had to wait 4 weeks to get a refund from Expedia and that was with the extra cost of the insurance for the room. I will never go through Expedia again and highly recommend that you never stay at this motel. "

"Room was clean, parking was easy, the lady at the counter was nice!!, and slept through breakfast unfortunately lol but overall it was amazing!! "

"Room is OK but sheets were a little stiff and Carpet needed to be cleaned. Other than that it was a good stay."

"Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Room carpet needed better vacuuming. Couch was firm to sit on. It has seen better days."

"No hot tub no pool rat pop in dresser. Chose to pee in bucket at home with no bathroom."
