"Bel hôtel, la suite familiale est spacieuse et bien pensée. Même juste en face de l'ascenseur, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Seul bémol, le réceptionniste qui nous a informés à notre arrivée que l’accès à la piscine coûtait 10€ par adulte alors que le site de l'hôtel indiquait clairement que c’était gratuit... Lorsque que nous nous sommes rendus à la piscine pour vérifier qu’elle valait effectivement 10€ par personne, nous nous sommes rendus compte que l’accès était libre. Curieuse de savoir si ce réceptionniste était confus avec les politiques de son hôtel ou malhonnête..."

"We booked this hotel as it was one of only a few that had a pool in the area, with availability for our dates. So glad we did get a hotel with a pool (in fact this one has two) as we used both the pools daily. The hotel is nice and modern, great location only a short walk to the front and all the great restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms were cleaned daily and all the common areas were kept nice and clean too. Room was well air conditioned which was essential for us due to the warm weather. We stayed in a Family Duplex, so there was a large bed and sofa on the ground floor and a sofa bed on the upper floor. Before we booked, I did email the hotel and ask if the sofa bed upstairs was suitable for adults and they said it was - however, I would disagree with this unless you are a very small adult! Plenty of pillows provided, and we had a nice balcony with view of the harbour. If we could comment on just a few things: - Sofa bed on the upper level of the Duplex was quite tired looking and not comfortable. In fact, I don't know why the upper level doesn't have a normal bed, either two singles or a double. It would easily fit on there and as there is already another sofa on the lower level it's really not necessary to be a seating area. - Storage was minimal. Wasn't really enough hanging space or shelves for a family of 4. Could easily add more storage in these rooms. - Breakfast was ok and staff lovely but quite a few flies with doors open and food not covered."

"The hotel staff are courteous and attentive. Lobby and dining room welcoming and efficient. Food was good. The housekeeping is outstanding. Our cleaners were excellent and accommodating. This is a bus tour hotel and the tours are well managed and guests add lively vibe to dining room. The swimming pool which is a huge asset, needs refurbishment. The liner is loose in places and water quality only adequate. It was closed for 1.5 days of 4 night stay. Biggest problem was pool ladder (one step on the ladder was missing and one side of the achor was detaching) was broken so getting in and out of pool was perilous, particularly for older adults. This is a great, practical hotel but it needs some repair."
