「WOW! Beautiful amazing property with an absolutely stunning view. Our room was beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable. When I first walked into our room the first thing I said to my husband was “Wow”, this is what I pictured Italy to be like. We were treated like royalty by the staff. Great location within walking distance to everything in Florence. I would highly recommend this property.」

The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」
「This hotel was absolutely amazing, location was close to all the major attractions in the city but very quiet and peaceful in the evening at the end of the day. The room that we were allocated was bright, clean well finished with quirky furniture and fittings. Breakfast every morning was a complete joy from the buffet bar selection to the homemade baking. "The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel.
But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep.
The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold
