「The staff were great. They provide airport shuttle service. They are close to the airport. Price was good. The key cards to the rooms didn't work so the staff had to let us into our room each time. Everything was run down.」

「This is my go-to hotel in Billings. Centrally located so there are many food options, and shopping is convenient. It’s not far from the medical centers as well. This is a comfortable, well restored historic hotel. Parking is next door and valet is offered.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pool was great. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was fantastic! They give you a voucher to the breakfast restaurant next door. We would stay here again. 」
