「This villa was so spacious for 8 pax and the pool was amazing. I was blown away with the hospitality of the housekeepers, they were so helpful and even borrowed a pool basket for us to enjoy a dining experience in the pool. This location is quite out of the way and inaccessible to the main road. However, it is very tranquil and quiet. Would recommend a stay here for a day or two.」

「Dirty and bad condition. Worst place to stay and overpriced for this type of condition. Not worth paying. There seem to be no upkeeping as rooms/table/sofa/ clothes rack etc were dusty when checked in that we have to clean up the place ourselves before sitting or using it. Air con not cool at all & ceiling fan no wind at all even at highest speed (only fan blade turning). 1 of the room ceiling fan not working at all. Wash basin stained, many lights not working (got to call housekeeper late...

「Friendly staffs, if you like jungle/forest/tree view, this hotel is for you. They have an infinity pool view that faces a rice field. Free WiFi and breakfast. Since it's a forest looking area, keep in mind, there will be a lot of insects. The room we got have a mosquito net. However, if you look up the net, the net has stains and some holes (which was a bit disturbing). They do provide free bottle of water for each night stay. 」

「Villa Tupai has beautiful gardens and lovely traditional timber buildings, but is let down by the staff and details. The staff have a bad habit of lingering around when they are not needed and with a huge area of gardens and living areas, choosing to wait all day until you are in an area to come and clean around you, spoiling the peace and quiet. We spent the majority of the day out of the villa, but they would choose the hours that we were there to do their work. The beds are getting...
