「Beware! Prepaid through Expedia weeks ago for a King with a sofa bed (clearly stated in my confirmation) but when I checked in about 3:30 pm the front desk clerk put me in a standard double room. About a $40 dollar price difference! First he blamed Expedia for sending them the wrong room request but when I asked for proof that they’d gotten a request for a double room from Expedia he told me he couldn’t provide this and changed his story, saying that they can never “guarantee” the room...

There was dust in the bathroom and it looked like the room and hallway were never vacuumed. The elevator was broken, the pool was out of commission, and the ice maker on the second floor was broken.
