「We have just returned for a weekend at Holly Blue Lodge. The owners were great at getting in touch beforehand with very detailed instructions to find the place and for us to order our choice of cake! The lodge is clean and really well equipped with everything you might need. Whoever has decorated and furnished it has lovely taste - it is really pretty with a modern, chilled out feel. 」

「This reservation was only partially completed. Left quietly. One small bedroom with a macerating toilet. Personal space minimal and expectations of hosts seemed family-like. Not a comfortable situation for me.」

「We were booked in for a 3 night stay, but unfortunately due to illness had to curtail our visit. However, in the short time we were there, the hotel/bar staff were very pleasant & helpful. The dinner was very good and the bed was very comfortable. The Garret was in a convenient position for a walk around the town/harbour etc. We fully intend to return to complete our visit to the lovely area.」

「Loved the premises. It's a lovely location you keep it very well. A lot of care and thought has gone into your apartment, and it is a lovely place to visit. I commend the owners on it's quaintness, homelyness and attention to the little touches. I had 2 major problems though, and I hope this feedback can only help improve the experience for other visitors: 1) The bed is extremely uncomfortable - very, very hard. If this may be a problem for you, you may need to bring extra duvets to lie on....
