Very relaxed stay. We enjoyed the walks around the hotel and the leisure facilities were first class with a lovely pool. The room was huge and spotlessly clean overlooking the pitch and putt course. The dinner was first class. We had an excellent menu supporting local produce and food was beautiful. Service throughout our stay was excellent.

The hotel is just limping along. The staff were pleasant. The Hotel has been very grand in its day but is tired and run down now. Our room was spacious and clean, but the furniture & bathroom very dated and marked etc. we stayed 4 nights dinner & breakfast. The food was at best average and expensive for what was put down in front of us. The setting is beautiful and there are nice walks

Easy parking in beautiful surroundings. The grounds are very secenic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was warm and fresh. We stayed in a family suite, was modern and well equipt. Bed were a tad uncomfortable though.

Best stay at a hotel for many a year

Our stay was simply superb. Staff were very helpful in rectifying a booking issue which ad all down to me, reception and bar an restaurant staff. The rooms were equally exceptionally. It is impossible to fault the hotel on anything at all. Our best stay at any hotel for many a year.

As always, room was clean & comfortable, we enjoyed a swim in a very clean pool, both dinner and breakfast were delicious with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive, they are always so helpful.

Nice, old fashioned hotel, with beautiful dining and tea rooms, lying in the middle of splendid trees and green fields (mostly part of the golf course). Bedroom is lacking a bit on the soundproof, but for the rest nothing to complain about. Excellent breakfast and diner.

Fabulous !

We had a lovely weekend at the Cally Palace. Beautiful grounds, large bedrooms, restaurant standard food and staff all friendly and always appear happy to help. This was our second stay here and look forward to visiting again !
