「Such a lovely place, what a location. We first went in late 2020 and had a wonderful suite, this time we were in a standard room. We had a loch view which was lovely as we were celebrating two birthdays! The staff are so friendly, thank you all. 「The hotel had great facilities especially the pool and spa. Parking was plentiful, however, EV charge station was not operating. Our room was clean and welcomevyreats were appreciated, however, all walls in our room were either stained scratched or in need of washing or repainting. Generally felt that all staff had only had minimal amount of training. 」
