「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「great location and extraordinary staff. I met with the owner Hesham, a gentelman who made sure that I get well accommodated. The breakfast was good and the ladies were wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The AC should be a little colder but that's ok. it wasn't that hot anyway.」

「The staff at this hotel was so incredible I can't say enough about them. Hotel was clean and had everything you would need. Restaurants were close. Train station was a bit of a walk. Not centrally located. Train system was a little challenging. Alot of the city was dirty and people were rude around the city.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Edy in Lake Como. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated.
