"I came in a night bus so i had to pay more to check in very early morning, which is fair. The room is a little outdated and the air is dump, maybe because i was in the downstairs floor. But it was comfortable and the area is great a lot of restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is not working but they have great view on the roof. The suff was amazing, they helped me with everything i needed, made me tea when i was sick."

"The hotel had panoramic views throughout, over the valley, mountains and rice fields. Good amenities, amazing staff and great food. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and catered for the masses. Which was a downside, there were masses. A LOT of people stay at this hotel and it seemed like it was always busy with buses coming and going all day. There is a tourist spot next door that also tends to block the driveway area. The top bar was best to get a quiet drink, with most people using lounge bar. Shopping is approximately 30 minute walk up hill the whole way. I believe there may be shuttle buses, but we never saw any and would have likely been full within seconds anyhow. Overall, a very nice place to stay, great staff, amazing views. "
