「Nous avons séjourné pendant deux jours. L’hôtel est propre, le personnel est accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est bon, beaucoup de choix. Il est bien situé, dommage que les places de parking sont limitées.」

「Hotel smells lovely as soon as you walk in, rooms cleaned daily and beds made. Room was spotless however there were a few stains on some of the bedding. Very friendly staff to greet you, call taxis and provided information about places to go. However would not allow a later checkout as we were told the hotel was full but there were still plenty of rooms available online so we had to book an extra night instead of just paying to stay later the same day. 「Em geral tudo correu muito bem. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, muito perto do parque e confortavel. O motivo de nao ter dado uma nota 5 foi por dois motivos: - Elevador nao era suficiente para a quantidade de pessoas e muito devagar, estavamos no quinto andar e era muito mais rapido ir pelas escadas. - O cafe da manha era muito confuso pois funciona em esquema de turnos. 「Séjour agréable, en famille. Enregistrement un peu long, mais aimable avec une personne qui parlait français. Chambre pour 4, un peu éloignée de la réception, en sous-sol, mais avec une petite terrasse et accès direct sur la piscine. Dommage qu’elle était fermée au moment où nous y étions. Mais le cadre était sympa. Seul inconvénient, les deux grands lits étaient complètement collés, pas très pratique. 「El spa excelente y la oferta familiar (niños gratis) muy bien. El único fallo, la recepcionista de la tarde que nos dijo que podíamos desayunar en el bufé o en la cafetería. Naturalmente, el bufé es excesivo (18 por persona), con lo cual decidimos escoger la cafetería. A la mañana siguiente nos dicen que la cafetería solo abre a partir de las 10 y media de la mañana. O sea, que o bufé, o nada. Ese tipo de informaciones incorrectas perjudican a las familias con niños que quieren organizarse.」
