"It is located down a farm track on the farm grounds. Surrounded by fields and views of mountains, it’s just stunning. You have just what you need, a bed, tv, bathroom, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. Take your own food and you won’t have to see a soul. Sadly for us, we had a problem with our vehicle but the lovely owners let us leave it at the farm whilst we got parts for it. The owners are lovely and friendly"

"Delightful shepherd’s hut set in the mid-Wales countryside. Well equipped and maintained and very comfortable, it was just right for our long weekend visiting friends in the area. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen and shower room met our needs. We benefitted from excellent weather so were able to take full advantage of the terrace which overlooked a field of buttercups and the nearby hills."

Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. "We really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff and the food were excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the area or popping over the border in to Wales. We were able to park right outside the door to our room which was well equipped and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."

"The room was clean however it is smaller than we expected but it was worth for money. Free parking available however it gets busy in the evening because the people those who are coming to pub also use the same carpark. The hotel situated in a great location. Aldi and Tesco Extra are few minutes walking distance. Curry house and kebab shops are close too."
