「Check in was fine. Pleasant friendly staff. Had to move rooms 3 times due to various issues. Very small bed. Poor lighting. No hot water in shower. Disappointing for a newly refurbished hotel」

「Excellent friendly hotel. Ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant excellent. Owners are very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. There was a minor set back with checking in. Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as I’d been working all day but wasn’t waiting too long. Hopefully was a one off as I will be surely checking in again when I’m in the area. 」

「Overall a great stay as always. Vegetarian options limited for the evening meal. Staff helpful and welcoming , room lovely. Lovely garden in the sunshine, oh and great beer!」

「No parking. Terribly noisy. Didn't get any quiet until midnight. Walls are paper thin. Went to breakfast in the morning and was completely ignored by staff. Ended up walking out without ordering or eating anything. Waste of money」
