「Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!) 「What a fantastic find! These maisonettes are fabulous. Lots of space with a kitchenette, table, decent sized bathroom and a mezzanine. Didnt use the mezzanine but would be ideal if you were travelling with children. Patio outside was lovely with table and chairs, a huge parasol and a lovely corner rattan sofa. Pool & pool bar were part of the Palatino Hotel but able to be used by the maisonettes. Both were spotless with plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The kids pool was under the bar roof so...

「We have had a wonderful stay at Canale Hotel and Suites. The customer service is outstanding. We took advantage of being collected from the airport and enjoyed a welcome drink on our arrival at the hotel. All of the staff were superb, considerate and looked after us so well. The breakfasts were delicious, and a wide range of Kefalonian dishes were offered. Our room was spacious, extremely well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a superb view.」
