Nice, clean, tidy hotel

"Nice clean and tidy hotel with nice staff and good rooms. Only issue we had was we cpuple hear some boom boom music, although it was quite quiet, when we wanted to try get an early night after a long days travel."

"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. "staff could not explain properly apartment address. stayed 2 weeks and did not changed the bed linen after 1 week - explanation - cleaner has forgot. sofa bed broken. furniture falling apart and dangerous especially for children."
