The only „negative“ comment is about the AC control in the room: it was not easy to adjust the temperature because the control unit did not really respond. So I could not adjust as I liked to. Zum Beispiel war die Rezeption sehr schnell überfordert, das Servicepersonal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich, abgesehen vom Chef des Service beim Frühstück und des Reinigungspersonals. Das Essen war o.k. Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Was störend war, war, dass es beim Frühstück nicht genügend Platz für alle Gäste...

"I would come back. Spend one week with my family during skiing season, and we enjoyed our stay. Decent breakfast, functioning premises, clean and well kept facilities. "

"This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."
