The room was clean ,tidy and quiet The only complaint ,if you can call it that was the lack of available power sockets in the room , apart from the tv there was just 2 other sockets which made things fairly tricky deciding which device gets charged ! Tv channels abit limited too but it was only for one night

This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom which although clean needed a refurb as there was mould all over the ceiling, a crack in the sink, etc.

We booked this hotel as we seen it advertised a pool table, when we arrived we found out it has been taken away. Very out dated rooms. When we arrived for breakfast the chairs in restaurant were disgusting, badly stained and all mis matched. The carpets hadnt even been hoovered and the tables where still dirty not been cleaned properly. Will not be staying there ever again. If i could give zero starts i would.

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed and big TV. Plenty of desk space and storage for longer stays. Staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. 10/10 service.

Room and bathroom in need of repair. Heated towel rail not working so bathroom was freezing, and sink taps difficult to switch off. Issues with hotel aerial so only a few channels worked, intermittently. Bedding was nice and clean, and couldn’t fault the receptio

The room was basic, it was clean and the bed was really comfortable. This was booked as a no thrills stay for over Christmas and it ticked all the boxes, it is no thrills but it was clean, there was more than enough tea and coffee in the room. We will definitely stay here again 🙂

Room was very spacious and staff were great. Bed very comfortable and when asked for extra milk, tea and coffee staff were very accommodating. Improvements, bathroom is in need of repair to the bath also was very noisy in the room we had. From staff using the room opposite to people walking past. I fully appreciate the hotel cannot control people walking past but maybe have more signs up asking people to be considerate of noise.
