「I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well. It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre. This will not be the last time I stay there. 「This was a little hidden gem that we will definitely return to. "Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. "
